SUMMARY:ITF Taekwon-Do
DESCRIPTION:Taekwon-Do is an unarmed martial art combat that emphasizes self-defense\, mental training\, and discipline. Free weekly classes are offered to children and adults every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm. The classes are a great way to get back into shape and learn self-defense techniques! Qualified black belt instructors teach basic and advanced punching and kicking techniques\, sparring drills\, self-defense methods and much more. \nClasses are open to new members. Try out requirements: bring gym clothes and complete registration on the first day of class. \nSchedule: \nChildren beginner – white to yellow stripes (6-13 years old): 6:30- 7:30 \nChildren advance – yellow belts and up (6-13 years old) and Adults: 7:30- 8:30 \nContact the Head Instructor at 416-755-5993
