It is where residents connect to each other, to the internet, and to the Ralph Thornton Community Centre
The Exchange Loft provides the community with access to technology in a welcoming, friendly, and helpful environment.
Exchange Loft volunteers have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse population.
We are looking for people who have a good grasp of computer operations and can provide assistance to people with varying levels of comfort with common applications, email, and the internet.
Volunteers provide both as-needed assistance as well as scheduled, one-on-one tutoring.
Exchange Loft volunteers are dependable, courteous, helpful and friendly, and eager to share their expertise.
