New Drop-In Seniors Yoga Program at RTCC

Try a Free Seniors Yoga Class at the Ralph Thornton Community Centre! 

Looking for a gentle way to improve your health, boost your mood, and connect with others? Yoga might be just what you need—and we’re inviting you to give it a try! 

Starting on June 16, 2025, our free drop-in Seniors Yoga class runs every Monday at 9:00 AM at the Ralph Thornton Community Centre, and it’s open to anyone aged 55+. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have some experience, this class is a welcoming space to move at your own pace and enjoy the many benefits yoga has to offer.
